Pakistan Launched Two Satellites Using Chinese Facilities

ISLAMABAD: On Monday Pakistan have launched two satellites which were manufactured in Pakistan . Those satellites were launched with the help of Chinese technology and their satellite launch base. 

Chinese Long March (LM-2C) rocket was used to launch these satellites . The satellite that Pakistan have launched is remote sensing satellite (PRSS1) it is dual purpose Earth observational and optical satellite. After launching PRSS1, Pakistan have entered into the list of few countries which have their own Remote Sensing Satellite.

The second test satellite launched is a PAK-TES-1A, which is developed by SUPARCO in Pakistan so that the facilities for satellite manufacturing can be improved.

Pakistan Technology Evaluation Satellite (PakTES-1A) is a fully indigenous project of the scientists and engineers of Pakistan Space and Upper Atmosphere Research Commission.
